Mr. Ragsdale is a managing member of the firm. He has handled a wide range of commercial transactions, including: sales and purchases of businesses and business assets; purchases and sales of commercial real estate; negotiation of commercial and industrial leases; securitized loan transactions; and commercial contracts for the manufacture of consumer products.

Mr. Ragsdale has also had substantial experience in litigating commercial disputes arising from commercial and industrial leases, loan transactions, alleged breaches of manufacturing contracts, sale of business asset transactions, and trade secrets and non-competition matters.

Since 1991 Ragsdale has been cited as one of the best First Amendment attorneys in New Jersey in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White, Aiken, S.C.).  The reference book is the work of two Harvard-trained lawyers whose selections are based upon nominations and peer evaluations of attorneys polled by the editors. His most recent reported defamation case is Williams v. Kenney, 379 N.J. Super 118 (A.D. 2005).

Mr. Ragsdale served as a member of the Montgomery Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for six years and is a member of the Montgomery-Rocky Hill Rotary Club.

Mr. Ragsdale received his bachelor's degree from Stanford University in 1965 and his Juris Doctorate from the Stanford University Law School in 1969.
